Bursaries

The Directors of SCC Ltd have decided to consider requests for Bursaries for those that are looking to advance their skills within the club.

To apply for a bursary you should put a request in writing to the Club Chairman who in turn will put it before the Club Committee.

Within the request you should state why the club would also benefit from this for example that you are willing to do some voluntary work for the club, organise an event etc.

Please give as much detail as possible and include an amount of money if applicable.

You should state clearly what you wish to achieve and how the club may be able to help.

The Committee will look at all requests and take each one on its merits. Their decision will be final.

The Committee cannot guarantee to look at these immediately due to other work commitments but will endeavour to look at it as soon as possible.

You will then be written to on behalf of the Committee by the Club Chairman giving the reason that you have either been successful or not. You may be asked to speak to the committee to help clarify your request.

If you wish to speak to a Committee member regarding your idea please feel free to approach them.

Club Chairman
