Unfortunately, disputes, complaints and unacceptable behaviour can occur within any sport. Skydive Chatteris is committed to ensuring that transparent procedures are in place to ensure that where such issues do arise, action is fair and carried out expeditiously and in a consistent manner.
Grievance Procedure
